This recipe was great! Came out great, we had the waffles with cool whip and strawberries on top.
Used margarine instead of butter, olive oil instead of canola, and brown sugar instead of white. Also just put the eggs in the batter, didn’t separate.

Sweet corn is 3/$1 at Kroger this week… never had just thrown the corn, husk and all, in the oven. Super easy. Add seasoning of choice when unhusked.

This is really good, and really easy. On these hot summer days, the crock pot makes very little extra heat in the house. We’re not pepper fans, so I make this without the peppers.
